Fast, reliable, tracked delivery across the UK. Free on orders over £40, plus free local delivery and Click & Collect in Haverhill.

1. Delivery Service

Every order we post is sent with Royal Mail, using their tracked services so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: next working day, £4.80
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days, £3.75, free on orders over £40

Order cutoff time is 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you are outside the UK, email us at info@babyli.co.uk and we will send you a delivery quote.

2. Free Local Delivery and Click & Collect

Free local delivery: if your address is within about 6 miles of our Haverhill unit, free local delivery will appear as an option at checkout on orders of £15 or more. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time to drop your order off.

Free Click & Collect: collect your order free of charge from Unit 9C, Wisdom Facilities Centre, 42 Hollands Road, Haverhill, CB9 8SA. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Simply reply to arrange a convenient time (usually Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3pm) and bring your order number with you.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on UK orders of £40 or more
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.75 on orders under £40
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.80 on any order
  • Free local delivery within about 6 miles of Haverhill on orders of £15 or more
  • Free Click & Collect from our Haverhill unit on any order

Your delivery cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies to the outgoing order only. For return postage, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@babyli.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Delayed Deliveries

Deliveries may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is overdue, please contact us at info@babyli.co.uk and we will help resolve it and keep you informed.
