If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

🎁 12. Gift Cards

• Babyli gift cards are sold in fixed amounts and sent by email, straight away or on a date chosen by the buyer.
• They can be used on babyli.co.uk and at our market stalls, and the balance can be spent over more than one order.
• Our gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be used to buy another gift card. Discount codes cannot be used when buying a gift card.
• Please keep your gift card code safe. We cannot replace a gift card if the code has been used by someone else.
• If you return an item paid for with a gift card, that amount will be refunded to a gift card.

📜 13. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version shown when you place your order will apply to that order.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
