Our clothing is handmade by Babyli in our own workshop in Turkey, using fabrics and techniques chosen for baby-soft comfort and durability. We're a UK family-run brand — the design, quality control, and business are run from the UK — while production takes place in our Turkey workshop.

Behind every piece is Yildiz, mum to Adel and Hazel, who has worked with textile brands for nearly 20 years. She knows what makes a good fabric and what little ones actually need, and she's hands-on with everything — from choosing the fabric right through to how each piece is delivered to your little one.

Yes — our clothing is handmade by Babyli in our own workshop. It's not mass-produced: we work in small batches, often using fabric manufactured specifically for us, and once a design sells out we tend to move on to a new one rather than simply reordering the same run. A small number of items — sandals, sheepskin accessories, and socks — are sourced from external suppliers rather than made in-house. We're always clear about which is which on each product page.

No — we don't offer free delivery. We'd rather keep our product prices honest and reasonable than quietly build delivery costs into higher prices and call it "free." Delivery is charged at checkout, calculated based on the service you choose.

We currently ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can choose the speed that suits you at checkout. Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day; Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2–3 working days. Order before 11:00 AM for the best chance of same-day dispatch.

We ship as standard within the UK. If you'd like your order delivered internationally, email us at info@babyli.co.uk and we'll look into a shipping quote for you.

Please let us know straight away at info@babyli.co.uk and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, as quickly as we can.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed for reasons outside our control. If yours is running late, contact us at info@babyli.co.uk and we'll chase it up for you.

Some of our styles are true to size, while others are cut more oversized. If you're unsure which size to go for, email us at info@babyli.co.uk and we'll help you pick.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items need to be unopened and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@babyli.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'd recommend using a trackable delivery method so your return doesn't go missing on the way back to us.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we process the refund of the product cost (excluding original shipping) back to your original payment method. This is issued to the original purchaser only.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a full refund — this applies regardless of whether it was bought at full price or on sale.

Yes — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once it's on its way, please contact us at info@babyli.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.
